Youth Veggie Garden Project

The Youth Veggie Garden Project is a free program for all youth in Harvey County who are in kindergarten through 5th grade. Each youth participant receives several free plants and seeds to grow throughout the summer. After growing these plants, participants have the option of entering plants in the Harvey County Fair for display!

Kanas Forest Service Conservation Trees

It's never too early to start planning for Spring planting. The Kansas Forest Service offers bulk orders of trees and shrubs for conservation of the Kansas landscape. Orders for Spring begin January 5th and run through May 1st. Fall dates will be announced usually in September.
